Address Serviceability - HELP!!!
I just moved into a new construction home. Xfinity has one of their towers in my front yard. After weeks of getting the run around, I finally managed to get a technician out. The technician confirmed that everything is in place and in good order, but the maps that Xfinity uses are not updated. He provided me his supervisor's phone number and I have been reaching out with no luck. I just need my address to be shown as serviceable so that I can get internet. Who can I contact to get this fixed? I feel like this should be a simple fix, but cannot find anyone that is able to help me. Please help!

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
