Address not showing up in system

My neighborhood recently got Comcast Xfinity fiber installed but when I type in my address, it does not come up as having an Internet service option available.  I can type in the address of some of my neighbors down the street and it looks like they would be able to sign up.  I have not been able to find any way to talk to any person to hopefully confirm that I can in fact get service at my address and update the database to reflect that.  Hopefully somebody can help.

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
