Address Not Recognized

Im having trouble finding my address. I had to set up my internet through my neighbors address and would like to move it to mine but my address is still not in the system. It was a new construction over a year ago.

Hello user_we9kew, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate your time and I will be happy to help you. You are saying you have had service at your neighbors address (on "paper") but actually at your house. Is that right?

Yes I used their address to have service at mine.

Can you please share with me your address, as well as your neighbors address in a Direct message?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon

Click the "Start New Conversation" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
