Address Not Recognized by Database; Neighbor has comcast??

Every time I put in my new address it won’t recognize it... it is in the coverage area and I don’t know what to do.

The closest intersection is Hogans Branch Rd. 

It will be new construction. 

I tried PMing it says you don't accept private messages.
