Address locked due to fraud
I recently set up services with Xfinity and got notified my address has had fraud at it before and is blacklisted. I’ve read up on the forums and all that on how to resolve this, but I don’t have and lease information since I don’t own/rent at the address my services are set up. I don’t pay any of the household bills at all. I just bought Xfinity to have a separate service for myself.

Hey there, @user_0hkld5. Without being able to provide the required documentation to show you're not related to the fraud lock, our finance team will not unlock the address. There isn't any wiggle room with these kinds of issues due to the process that goes into place to get the lock added to an address. You will need to work with the previous account holder to clear their debt so the lock is automatically removed or provide the required documentation to have it lifted.
