Address for new apartment number in same property as previous not recognized

I am planning to move to a different apartment in the same property but am unable to do so with the app because my new address is not being recognized as valid.

@user_qp46p9  Thanks for reaching out. We appreciate you wanting to move with us. We'd be happy to see what is going on with the new unit and get things moving for you. If you could please send us a direct message with your full name, the current service address and the new service address, we will see how it is being listed. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
