Address block for non payment of previous tenant
Im the owner of this property and had a tenant that moved out and looks like did not pay all bills with Comcast. Now my address is blocked from obtaining new service and Comcast demands payment from me for charges occurred not under my name!

We can certainly understand not wanting to pay for anyone elses balance owe, and apologize if there had been any confusion! We have good news here though!
New services can be established at a residence that has been left as such, however, there are some necessary steps to be taken to make it happen and ensure that you have a 'clean slate' so to speak!
