Hi I have an existing account and I would like to set up new service at at a new address (vacation home). When I call it is not giving me an option to do so.

I assume it will just be a separate account. Not sure if Comcast allows multiple addresses under one account, except possibly business accounts.

Separate account/separate modem, but depending on your market they may offer a seasonal plan if you are shut down part of the year. Same if they are technically comcast network, but under a different company banner name.
