Adding Unlimited Data

Is there a way to simply add unlimited Data to my plan on the website?

I just went through 4 different ways to try and add Unlimited Data. If you click on any of the options to add it, it leads you down a dead end. I have my own modem and it seems light I'm not getting the same experience. Now I sit in a chat line of 30 people.

Very Sad Deal Xfinity.

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to actual Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello thank you for reaching out for help with adding the Unlimited Data Plan. @user_9110e7 linked are details on Unlimited Data, and how to add it to your account. However, you can simply use this link, to sign in and get it added. Did this work for you?

@XfinityBrandon

Have you actually tried the link your sending out or is this just your standard answer? When I click your link, it doesn't work. I tried doing it from the site. I sat at #17 in a chat queue for 2 hours... I have my own modem so I'm don't get the options. I attached a photo of what I get when I try your link.

Thanks.

Great question! I did not have any trouble with the link, so this tells me you may be in an area, where the Unlimited Data Plan, is not available. No worries, you are in the right place for help with all your Xfinity needs. Send me a private message, and I will see if I can get it added for you.

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
