Adding Unlimited Data to Plan

I have attempted to add unlimited data by updating my plan on the website, but it seems impossible to do so as I do not rent a modem from your company.  In my attempts to do this, I found on your company's website broken links on the topic, links that infinitely refresh with the text "This check can take a few seconds.  Please do not close or refresh your browser."  I tried this on multiple devices and multiple browsers.  One page I found said I can add unlimited data after checkout.  I couldn't get the checkout page to load, either.  I have no interest in changing my internet speed, but I want to change my data limit, and this should be possible without needing the help of an agent.

 Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "direct messaging" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
