Adding Unlimited Data getting an error

Good morning Everyone,

I want to add unlimited data to my plan with my own modem, but every time I try to add it (https://www.xfinity.com/buy/plan/checkout/XFINUDAT) I get the following error:

Temporarily unavailable

The product you’re interested in isn’t available for purchase at this time.

Get updates about Xfinity Home, Xfinity Cameras, and 24/7 Video Recording.

I dont understand why, since I even got emails asking me if I want to add it to my plan. I tried contacting an agent on the chat but looks like they arent available, never. Any help?
