Adding service for a second address

I need to add a second address to my account. There seems no automated way to do it. I tried Xfinity Assistant and I can't speak to a live agent. A prior forum answer says I need to direct message Xfinity to get set up with a second address. And apparently I need to post in this forum to be able to direct message. Ridiculous hoops I'm having to go through to ADD to my service.

Since each account is specific to the service address, we would need to create a new account for your 2nd address, which may be why you were having some trouble online. To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
