Adding Secondary Address

Hi, there! I recently obtained Xfinity NOW service for my home, but I noticed that there was no option to add my secondary address to my account information. When my modem was shipped to me, it went to the main address instead of the smaller building on-site I actually live in. I scheduled a service appointment, but I want to make sure the technician knows which building to service when he/she arrives. What would be the best way to add my secondary address information to my account?

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

user_rt2r72 Hi there! Thank you for reaching out. Have you already tried reaching out to our dedicated NOW Team using the Xfinity Assistant? Our access to NOW accounts is limited and often just unavailable, so we do try to get users to the Assistant to receive help as quickly as possible.

I did attempt to use the assistant, but it only seems to direct me back to my account settings, which does not appear to have any option to change or update my address.
