Adding new address to Xfinity System.

I try requesting to transfer my existing Xfinity service to my new home, but receive a message that Xfinity can not recognize my new address. It's a new construction home. How can I request Xfinity to add my new address to its system?

Congratulations on your new home! That's very exciting. Thank you for posting to our sub to get assistance in determining if your new home is serviceable by Comcast. Because this is a newly constructed home, we'd need to start by submitting a serviceability request to your local construction team, who will first confirm the address is within our service footprint. I want to give you a head's up. This process can take some time to be completed. Don't worry. My team and I will stick through this and provide any update we receive from construction. I've received your private message and will be replying shortly.
