My credit is good why I can’t add more lines to my account with out the bring your own phone option

There are additional factors that can affect the total allowed limit for device payments, such as the account payment history, but you can contact the dedicated Xfinity Mobile Team at 1-888-936-4968 or visit a local Xfinity Store to verify whether the credit screening is up to date and accurate.
