Adding family member to bills

Hi! I want to add my partner to our Xfinity bills so that both of our names show up for the bill each month. I've read online that I have to reach out here. I've added him as a manager already, so you can see them in the account.

Thanks!

The concern is not "E-mail" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Hello, @user_9ypcmu when we add a name to a bill the second name shows up as a responsible party but the account won't show it's in both names. Will this work or help?

user_24x91b I would be happy to check your account to confirm your family member was added to the billing statements for you. I can take up to 2 billing cycles to show, but it never hurts to double check.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
