Hi there @user_52lcwo Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about addng an additional user.

To add an authorized user to your Xfinity account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to your account with a Primary or Manager Xfinity ID.
  2. Go to Account and select Roles and permissions.
  3. Click Add someone.
  4. Enter the new user's first and last name, and choose their role (Manager, Member, or Viewer).
  5. If applicable, send an invite via their mobile number or email.
  6. Review the confirmation message.

The new user will need to create their Xfinity ID and password upon accepting the invitation.
