It's an easy task to complete, but you have to sign in to your account at xfinity.com as the primary account holder. From there you would the account and select account and identity. After that select add someone new. You can have up to 7 comcast.net email addresses.
what if you don't have a second phone number. My primary email is spammed to hell (over 100 in a day at times). I need a second address without having to buy an additional phone plan.
user_d1f184 Have you tried using the same phone number to create a secondary user and account? It would only be used for authentication and security purposes.
