Adding a second account
My husband and I are moving in with my parents for a few months. They have an account with xfinity, but it only gets the basic channels. My husband and I will be staying in the basement and want to continue with the account we have that includes HBOMAX, Showtime, and more channels than my parents do. We also will need to transfer our internet to their house, but we want to do all of this without costing my parents anything. We own our own router, but I’m guessing that we would need to rent/but the cable boxes from you all. Could someone please call me so we can get this settled? Thanks for your help

To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
