Adding a new user

I have a sublet taking over the bComcast bill, but I am unable to get them added to the account. I don’t have access to this although I have manager status. I need to talk to a live agent ASAP.

The account owner can submit what is called an account change request. I can either submit the request or the two parties can visit the nearest Xfinity Retail Store. It will take three business days upon receipt of the completed forms. 

  • If the customer has more than one Xfinity account, let them know the requested change applies to all linked accounts. If they only want to change one of the accounts, don’t submit an Account Change Request and follow the disconnect/reconnect process.
