Added lines were set up wrong
since December 1 of 2025 I have been dealing with issues with Xfinity. I added two lines. I was told the two lines fall under a promotion where you add two lines and don’t pay anything for the phones that you receive the two phones were traded in, which is what we were told to do and new ones was sent. The phone lines should’ve been on the premium line and they will not set up that way I have called numerous times to have this figured out and this issue has not been resolved yesterday I called I was told by FrancisI will be given an $80 courtesy credit and the issue will be resolved yet And I will get a call the same day telling me the issue has been resolvedMy bill still shows as owing close to $450 and I still did not get any calls. This matter has been going on for three months now and it’s getting beyond frustrating. I really need somebody to call me and resolve this issue. I need to speak to a higher level maybe above a manager at this point.
