Add unlimited data

I've received messages that my data limit was exceeded and I've been trying unsuccessfully to add the $30 unlimited data to my plan. I keep getting the message that states:

    "Sorry, this line of business is not currently available due to a temporary error. Please try again shortly."

Also when I try to dm support, I do not have any messaging options available!! 

Need help with this issue, thanks!

Concern moved here to the Customer Service help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

@user_1wey8r Be advised that sending an unrequested direct message to the support team is a violation of their forum guidelines. It may get ignored.
