Add TCM to my existing Xfinity Ultimate TV package?
Hi — I have a legacy Xfinity Ultimate TV package and would like to add the More Sports & Entertainment add-on to my existing TV service, primarily to receive Turner Classic Movies (TCM).
I do not want to change, repackage, or migrate my existing Ultimate TV plan. I only want to add More Sports & Entertainment to it.
I understand from recent Xfinity Support information that More Sports & Entertainment is still available as an add-on to legacy Digital Preferred, Preferred+, and Ultimate TV packages.
I use a CableCARD with a TiVo rather than an X1 box, so I can't add the package through the X1 remote. It also doesn't appear as an available add-on when I manage my account online.
Can you please check whether you can add More Sports & Entertainment to my existing legacy Ultimate TV package without making any other changes to my TV service or package
