Joe's on point with the invite - we always recommend inviting a secondary at the MANAGER role if you want them to walk into a retail store and make account changes on behalf of you.
To have a name that's more than the account holder's name (an additional name showing up on the bill) most likely leaning towards not possible as account holders are individual, one person who is financially responsible for their service location.
