Hi folks, we're working through this one.

 

Joe's on point with the invite - we always recommend inviting a secondary at the MANAGER role if you want them to walk into a retail store and make account changes on behalf of you.

To have a name that's more than the account holder's name (an additional name showing up on the bill) most likely leaning towards not possible as account holders are individual, one person who is financially responsible for their service location.

Oddly, Comcast says they can't do that. See, for instance, the employee statement in https://forums.xfinity.com/t5/My-Account-Sign-In-Xfinity-Website/Transfer-admin-right-to-authorized-...:

 

... Only one name can be on the bill at a time ...

If you want to have your wife's name printed on your bill send us a private message with your name, account number, service address, and your wife's name. If I get this information I can see if I can have two names on the bill. Hi! Who can I message to have my partner added to my bill as well? I added her as a user but I just want to make sure she'll appear on next month's bill as well. Thanks!
