Add service at second location

I am moving into a new house. I want to activete service there while keeping service at my old apartment for a few weeks while we move.

Hello, @user_63bd12. Thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums, you have contacted the right place for assistance with looking to get service at a 2nd location. Congratulation on the new house, I'm sure it is an exciting time! I can definitely assist with checking the new locations serviceability and help with an order, since I will be needing some information we don't want to discuss in public I would need for you to send a direct message: 

 

To send a direct message: 

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

 

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble  

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it

To expedite your request, we ask that you please include your name, the account holder name (if different), and the service address.

 

You can also visit xfinity.com, don't sign in with your Xfinity ID. Go to build plan > featured deals > enter the new address. It will show you what service and deals are available if the address is serviceable. You can then link the new account to your current one to keep all the tenured information:https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.
