Add New Telephone Number to my Account [Edited]

I would like to add my new telephone number  to my account  so that I can pay my bill.I no longer  have access  to my old telephone number.[Edited: "Personal Information"] My new number is [Edited: "Personal Information"]

Greetings, @user_q2ky6p! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about adding a new phone number to your account. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Due to privacy and security protocols, any changes to your personal account information such as your mobile number, email address, billing details, etc., can only be done on your end by logging into the Xfinity app or your online 'My Account' profile. We do not have access to change these things, unfortunately. You can find more details about how to do this here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/update-account-preferences

 

If you are not able to log into your account because of an outdated or unavailable mobile number or email address, you will need to come in to a local Xfinity Store and present your photo ID, so they can verify your identity and update the account manually. You may also be able to call in and ask to speak with our Customer Security Assurance (CSA) Team at 1-800-266-2278 or 1-800-934-6489. They are available by phone 7 days a week, from 8am to 12am, Eastern Time.
