Add me to the list: Xfinity Platinum member can't activate my free Peacock Premium plan

I redeemed the offer on https://customer.xfinity.com/membership.

When I go to https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions the website says I have no subscriptions.
Signing into Peacock, the application says I have no subscription.
