That is something we can typically help with once we fully authenticate an account with the current Account Holder. There should only be one name listed on the account, though, as official Account Holder. Alternatively, you may add user roles for others as seen HERE, which provides them with limited access to the account, services, bill, etc. Let me know if this helps, and how you'd like to proceed.
