Add a second location to my account

Hi - I've had Comcast internet since 2002, and need to add a residential location while leaving the primary location active.

Oh, and we also need to then spilt the accounts, on account of now being divorced. But I've used my Comcast email address for 20 years and I'd really like it attached to my account at the new location, not the old location.

We can't be the first people to need to do this, it just isn't as simple as "plan a move." Help?

Thanks!

Hey there, @user_6a2540! Thank you for coming to the Xfinity Forum with your request to add a new location of service. We definitely know how life goes, and should be able to start a new account in your name, no problem. Moving the email address from one account to another should also be possible, and I'd be happy to go over some options with you! Depending on who is listed as the Account Holder on the original account, we may need to make some changes with how the new account is established, but I'll know more once we pull things up. Could you please send our team a private message with your full name and full address to get started? Thank you :)

To send a "Direct (private) Message":
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message" icon
• Click the "New Message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
