Activity monitoring

My son's laptop is connected to the Wi-Fi and I can see when he uses many apps and how long. But it's not tracking when he plays Fortnight and it's lot counting as time used. How do I fix this

Hi there, @user_5djqpo Thank you so much for your time tonight. As a father I understand your concerns 100 percent on needing to track the time that your son is on Fortnite, I have the same exact issue. Since you are able to track other Apps with no issues. This could be something that is being caused by Fortnite which you can track usage by going into Fortnite itself.-Richard

@user_5djqpo  We don't have screen time settings for just APPs, only devices. Are you able to screen time only the computer he is on? Is he using Wi-Fi or ethernet directly into the computer?-Richard

Thanks for letting us know @user_5djqpo. A person’s time online will be shown in HH:MM format. For a more detailed view, select the person and then View More. From there, you can view the online time by hour of day for the current day and the past six days. If there has been no online time for the day, click the View Past Time Spent link to view time online for prior days.

When following these steps, are you still unable to view the device time on your end? Also, please follow this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/xfinity-xfi-manage-profiles, for more information about managing xFi features.
