Active Xfinity NOW Member (Platinum) - We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer - to redeem Peacock Membership
My Xfinity Membership page shows Peacock Premium as an available/redeemed Platinum benefit, but the Peacock activation page says my account isn't eligible. Please check the Peacock entitlement on my account and re-provision/reset the Peacock Premium entitlement.

Heads up regarding Peacock & Xfinity Internet plans
If you've been trying to figure out why your Peacock subscription isn't working or looking to sign up, I wanted to share some important information I received directly from an Xfinity Customer Service Rep / Xfinity Assistant.
It turns out that Xfinity's current Peacock offer comes with a major catch that isn't always clear in their advertisements:
The Setup: Xfinity has been sending out promotional emails inviting customers to redeem Peacock as an included service, which naturally leads people to believe they qualify.
Eligible Plans: However, that perk is only available to Xfinity customers with Gigabit or faster internet speeds.
Excluded Plans: NOW Internet subscribers are completely ineligible for this promotion—even if you received the email—leaving many users confused.
It definitely feels like a pretty misleading advertising and communication strategy by Xfinity, as sending redemption emails to ineligible customers on NOW Internet or lower-tier plans creates a lot of unnecessary frustration.
Just wanted to save anyone else the headache of digging through customer support trying to sort this out! Have any of you received the email despite not having gigabit speed?
