Hello, and tahnk you for joining the Xfinity Forums, user_8kj8wq! Thankfully, unpausing an Xfinity Seasonal Plan is pretty simple, and you have a few easy options.
You can go to xfinity.com/seasonal, sign in, and select “Change Seasonal Convenience” to update your end date and resume service. If you prefer using your phone, open the Xfinity app and choose “Resume Service” instead.
Once you submit the request, services typically come back on within 24 hours.
If you’d rather not navigate menus, you can also use the Xfinity Assistant on the app or website, just type “seasonal hold” and follow the prompts to make your changes. I hope this info helps!
