Activation of Seasonal Convenience Hold
Greetings,
As all of my roommates including me are away from home for the summer, I, being the account holder at Xfinity applied for a Seasonal Convenience Hold starting from 3rd June 2024.
In addition, through what I talked with Xfinity customer service regarding the hold, the customer service told me that I would have to only pay $8 + applicable taxes instead of my full bill.
Hence, I enrolled in the seasonal convenience hold but still the upcoming bill that is showing on my account is the usual $30 that I paid during the first month of service with Xfinity.
Kindly help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I can also attach screenshots of the upcoming bill and the confirmation of submitting the seasonal hold application.
