Activation issues

Xfinity really needs to come up with a better way to help their customers move than to shut them out of their account cancel their account and kick them off their devices. I'm trying to set up my service at my new address. after hours of getting nowhere I got this message to text to someone but alas no one is available.. please help!!

Hi @jennaydawn, you'll need to call in to get your modem activated, the error code indicates that you've exceeded the activation limits.
