Activation code
I purchased a Galaxy watch 6 about 3 months ago and have yet to obtain an activation code! AND NOONE CAN PROVIDE ME WITH A CODE!! xfinity mobile can not update the code as I receive error message that code has been used and not valid!! This has been going on for 3 Months

Hello @user_j154bj, I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to get the support you need for your Galaxy watch. Due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform. Have you tried working with our dedicated Online Chat team, or calling/texting 888-936-4968?

@user_j154bj, I don't have a way to directly help with activating Xfinity Mobile products, but I would like to see if there are any other steps I can take to help get you the results you need. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right?
