Activating Peacock Premium Reward
when I log in to rewards and scroll to the bottom it says I have claimed the peacock premium reward, but I cannot activate it. It says I should receive an e-mail but all I've got were emails that take me to pages where it says I have to pay for it.
I have tried to follow both directions below but cannot find the "peer to peer chat" or anywhere that says "Direct Message" so I'm hoping this will reach someone that can help with the issue. I can't find the page to say what it says exactly but something along the lines of clicking something and there should be a banner saying activate reward. I did follow what it did day exactly but couldn't find the banner anywhere.
- Click "Sign In" if necessary
- Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
- Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
- Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
- Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
- Press Enter to send your message

If anyone could help that would be amazing! Ive been trying to figure this out for over a month now!

Good evening, @user_88f88e. We really appreciate the steps that you have tried to get Peaock working. In some instances, we need to open a ticket to get it up and running. We are aware that a lot of folks are still having this issue and are happy to help. I apologize that it has been going on for so long as that is never something we want to happen. To send us a DM, you have the correct instructions. Make sure you are signed in. Then I am enclosing a picture with a red arrow to the DM button you are looking for.
