Activating my netflix account

You guys should really have humans sometimes available getting passed your ai person is next to impossible.

I am trying to activate my Netflix subscription but every time i go to set it up its trying to make me pay for it. It said i received an email with an activation link which is 100% false.  I would like to speak with a Human being regarding the activation of my nextflix account.
