Activated wrong peacock account
I tried to active my free peacock account and accidentally linked the free subscription to my brother’s account rather than my own. How do I go about removing my brother’s account and adding mine instead?

Oh no, I am sorry that it linked with the incorrect account, I know I have done that before. We would be more than happy to look into the options unlink the account on our end. Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
