Activated Virtual Prepaid Card Not Working

Hello, 

I’m having trouble getting my virtual card to work as I try to use it on Doordash or Instacart. I believe it is activated, my name appears on the front. I have attempted to use via Apple Pay and entering manually. It gets declined each time. I have called the support number multiple times but essentially all that is doing is confirming that my balance is $200 and basically the card should be good to go. What more needs to be done on my end?

I am having the same problem. Unable to use my virtual card, since July. can you please send me a plastic card that I can actually hold in my hands.  I am 84 yrs old and would rather have a plastic card.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
