Activate Peacock
I am stuck in a Peacock activation loop (Error PPG_0017). Xfinity says I am already linked, but Peacock shows no subscription. I need an Entitlement Reset for my Peacock reward. Please check my account provisioning. I have tried clearing my browser's cache and cookies specifically for Xfinity AND Peacock, and using an incognito/private window, and trying a different browser.

Hello, @user_lgoxi5 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand looking to get your Peacock Premium activation completed, and appreciate all the information you've shared that is helpful. From experience when working with customers who have mentioned the accounts being linked, I've found that there was at one point an active Peacock Premium account and may be attached to different email address than the one being used when trying to activate again.
Customers have let me know that using all email addresses that have been associated with their account(s) has helped find which email was used, Did you by chance have Peacock Premium before, and if so have you tried signing directly at https://www.peacocktv.com/ trying all email addresses that you may have been associated with your Xfinity account at one point?
