activate peacock

I have been asked to activate peacock premium I tried several times but does not go through Why cant I watch regular peacock? I do not need this upgrade

says my account is not valid for peacock. we have gigabit internet which is supposed to include access to peacock. we had been watching peacock regularly until last night when it said we had to create a subscription. we did not know that we should have activated when we got gigabit service. just want to be able to use what we are owed.

user_q8eroo For clarity, did you already activate the Peacock subscription with your Gigabit service before that was being used? For Gigabit customers, Peacock is provided for a 2-year timeframe, and then would require a normal subscription.
