Activate Peacock Premium
Hello,
I have been trying to activate my Peacock Premium since I started service a couple of months ago. Every time I try I receive an error that says something unexpected happened. This is immediately after clicking Activate on the yoursubscriptions page. This happens on my phone, in app and web, and on pc.
I reached out to customer service via chat and they were unable to resolve. They escalated to the "Advanced Peacock Team" however they were somehow less helpful than the chat rep. They just sent me an article on how to delete Xfinity emails instead of attempting to resolve my issue in any way. Any insight or assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I just want to activate my Peacock Premium.

I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with all of that it’s incredibly frustrating to keep hitting the same error no matter which device you use, especially after waiting months to activate your Peacock Premium. You’ve done everything right by reaching out for help. You came to the right place for assistance.
