Activate Peacock Premium

Hello,

I have been trying to activate my Peacock Premium since I started service a couple of months ago. Every time I try I receive an error that says something unexpected happened. This is immediately after clicking Activate on the yoursubscriptions page. This happens on my phone, in app and web, and on pc. 

I reached out to customer service via chat and they were unable to resolve. They escalated to the "Advanced Peacock Team" however they were somehow less helpful than the chat rep. They just sent me an article on how to delete Xfinity emails instead of attempting to resolve my issue in any way. Any insight or assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I just want to activate my Peacock Premium.

I’m really sorry you’ve had to deal with all of that  it’s incredibly frustrating to keep hitting the same error no matter which device you use, especially after waiting months to activate your Peacock Premium. You’ve done everything right by reaching out for help. You came to the right place for assistance. Im having the same issue and am totally [Edit: Language] with both xfinity and peacock. Looking to change service to some other phone/internet provider.

user_uzear9 Thank you for reaching out! I would recommend following these instructions to activate your included Peacock Premium subscription:
 

Peacock Premium Activation Steps
1. Go to the Dedicated Xfinity Activation Page:
Open a web browser (not the Peacock app) and visit: xfinity.com/activate-peacock

2. Sign In with Your Primary Xfinity ID:
You must log in using the primary Xfinity username and password attached to your billing account.

3. Click the Activation Prompt:
Once logged in, look for and click the banner or button that says "Activate Peacock Premium." This is the crucial step that triggers the linkage.

4. Complete the Sign-Up on Peacock's Site:
You will be automatically redirected to the Peacock website.

* If you do NOT have a Peacock account, create one now with a new email and password.

* If you already have a Peacock account, sign in with your existing Peacock credentials. This will successfully link the account and convert it to the Premium tier covered by Xfinity.

 

If you currently have a separate, paid subscription with Peacock (one you pay for directly), you must cancel that paid subscription and wait until its expiration date before you can successfully link it to your free Xfinity entitlement. Trying to link a currently paid account will often result in an error.

As i have the same problem to re-iterate. I had a login to peacock but no subscription. I followed the Xfinity link to peacock and clicked activate. It says it sent me an email but never got it so now if i try again i get logged into peacock but it says You are not currently subscribed.
