Activate Peacock Premium offer showing as "not eligible"

I recently received an email telling me I am now eligible for peacocktv through xfinity. However, when I click the link in the email (xfinity.com/activate-peacock), I am told I am not eligible for peacock premium. I should be eligible since I am a platinum rewards member. 

How can I activate peacocktv?
