activate new phone line

I brought my own device and got a new mobile phone line with Xfinity. I am supposed to activate the line but the link (I got in the confirmation email) isn't doing anything.
Also, how do I get the $100 gift card that is supposed to come with it?

Hello RaffiB, not sure if this is the same link in your email. But this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/how-to-activate-phone has all of the steps to activate a phone with our service including a step by step youtube video. If you are still unable to activate let us know. 

 

In regard to the $100 gift card those are not immediate. You will need to keep the service in good standing for 90 days. Then the gift card will be emailed to you around 14-16 weeks post activation.

It's now been 20 weeks. Have not received a gift card.
