Hello, @user_oxudy1 thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. I completely understand needing to update the seasonal plan dates, and based on the 6/12/26 date you mentioned sounds like the plan hasn't taken effect yet. As long as the seasonal plan hasn't started, there is the great option to go the seasonal site and update the dates you'd like for the hold to take place: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/seasonal-convenience-plan-enrollment
How to manage your plan:
After you sign up, you can manage your Seasonal Convenience Plan by visiting the Summary page at www.xfinity.com/seasonal. There you can cancel or change dates for your plan.
- You can only cancel the plan before it starts. Once it begins, the Cancel Seasonal Convenience button will stop working.
- You can update your plan using the Change Seasonal Convenience button:
- You can’t change your start date if it has already passed.
- You can change the end date if it hasn’t passed, and you haven’t used the maximum number of days allowed.
After making changes, check the box that says: “I certify that I understand and consent to the rates and charges.” Then click Save Changes.
