@charles.r The option to activate your service online is also an option. Steps for online activation via the website: 1. Connect: Make sure your modem is connected to the internet and powered on. 2. Go to the activation page: Navigate to Xfinity.com/activate. 3. Log in: Use your Xfinity ID and password. 4. Follow the instructions: The website will guide you through the activation process, which may include rebooting the modem.
