Activate Hulu button missing

The activate button on my Hulu subscription is missing and I cannot activate the streaming service.

Hello user_jtftbc thanks so much for taking the time to reach out here via our Xfinity Forums with these streaming service questions! Hulu was previously available via limited time offer when upgraded to Gig+ speeds, but this promotion has ended. Do you recall when you initially signed up for this?

Yes, on May 18th when I upgraded my service and I was told that Hulu was part of the stream saver package

OK, gotcha! Thank you for letting me know! If adding this as part of Xfinity Streamsaver, this does include other amazing services including Disney+, Netflix, AppleTV+, and HBOMax. Are all of these other services able to be activated and used?

Not all of those. As part of my plan, I was told I got peacock, Hulu, and Disney. Peacock has been activated but the activate button for Hulu/disney is missing

The activation buttons may be missing if the bundle has already been activated. Can you try signing in to Disney+ using your credentials? Activating either one does activate the other as well(between Disney+ and Hulu, as both use your MyDisney login)
