Acp

I currently have a phone from q Link wireless, and I just got signed up for Xfinity wi-fi. Then I get an email from q Link saying there was a request to transfer my ACP, is this correct. And will this mean that I won't have a phone anymore?

and is this going to mean that I am not going to have a phone anymore?

When it comes to the ACP credit, this is only something you can sign up for and apply for. Did you request to transfer this credit over to us? You can only use the ACP for one provider.

@XfinityKorie no what happened is I woke up to an email from q Link saying that there was a request made and this is why I was confused so I'm assuming I need to verify that, and now the question is does that mean that I'm only going to have internet and no longer have a phone??

I cannt answer if you will have a phone or not, that would be a question for your current provider. I would recommend contacting them to get those answers.

@XfinityKorie okay, but what I do need to do is verify that that request was made for my ACP to be applied to my internet?
