ACP Recertified

I have recertified for ACP.  Do I need to give new info to Xfinity or does it just auto renew?

I can't find anywhere to give recertification info I received with Xfinity. I get emails telling me to recertify from Xfinity but I did about a week ago?

Where do I give my recertification info to Xfinity?

Hi there @bear989us. Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding the ACP program. You are in the right place and we are happy to assist you today. Now you will need to go to this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/emergency-broadband-benefit-enroll. You will scroll down to where it says already an Xfinity customer and sign in with your Xfinity username ID and password.

My ACP Recertification Approval was on September 6th.But no confirmation from Xfinity that They received it? I lose it on Oct 2nd if not confirmed by Xfinity

@user_7929a5 After you recertified, did you visit the link: www.xfinity.com/ACP and tried to re-enroll? You would have to select 'Apply Now' and follow the steps. If this does not work, the best course of action would be to contact our Internet Essentials team by calling 1-855-846-8376 to speak to them about your account.
