ACP program

Xfinity lied to me. I got email about approval for ACP and they said i won't pay anything. Later i got an email that i was rejected for acp and when i called to clarify they said that that was sent me by error and they apologized for the confusion and that i am approved and i must ignore an email. Now they sent me a bill for 2 months. I am not going to pay this and need a supervisor contact information to fix all those lies to me
